The latest firmware for the smart plugs broke the reporting of their state to the app. They don't have their current state on the main page. If you go to the device the state is shown correctly but not on the main page. Extremely frustrating. Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache, and cleared the data. Nothing works. STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!

We've been using the app for some time, but something odd happened today: I got a motion notification, and when I opened the app, there was an ad wedged in between the quick functions and the device list. We've never seen this before, and even the app description states there's no ads. Not sure if there was a glitch, an oversight, or some hacking/hijack attempt, but we find it a little unsettling. 3 stars because it works fairly well, but recent events makes us explore our options.

trash. Doesnt always sent notifications, microphone has a refresh arrow on it and isnt working. So for example if I was using this in a baby's room and they were crying I wouldn't know and the app wouldn't tell me in addition to not being able to communicate. But when you open the app it says movement 1 min ago, ok thanks for nothing I can hear her screaming now.
